Blaze won't sync or update

My blaze was working just fine then one day it stop syncing and won't let me even try syncing again says error or takes forever to sync but eventually never does sync . I have a ZTE Max pro Android can some one help me please

It's great to see you around @Dimas. The reason why you might be having problems updating your tracker is because ZTE Max Pro is not a compatible phone. I recommend following the instructions provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post and updating your tracker from a computer. Also, you can check our list of compatible mobile devices, check if you have a listed device and try the updating process from there too.

Well it usually did sync but out of nowhere it suddenly stop
