Blaze Won't Charge

The last two weeks my Blaze has stopped charging.  After reading the website, I have found others have reset the device and then it accepted charge again.  I tried this and found it worked, except now I have to reset it every time I want it to charge.  Should I have to do this?  It also seems to not stayed charged as long as it used to.

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, I would like to know if the instructions provided by our fried worked or if you still having problems with your Blaze charging?
