Blaze active minuets

Hi guys 

 

hoping someone can help as I'm about to give up and send my Fitbit back. I at the beginning had no problems using the Fitbit, it was very responsible to my activity and sleep the gym and thought I'd programe the workout in. Everything was fine, great amount of act ivie minuets but my heart rate wasn't syncing with my phone. My watch said 171bpm and my app continued to say 124 max. 

 

 

Since then then it's gradually gotten worse over time. I was lifting heavy in the gym as I do most days, with cardio as well and my active minuets and heart rate aren't showing in my app no matter how many times I sync. I also have been having to restart the tracker in order for the heart rate to move. 

 

What should I do ? Send for a replacement ? I use my tracker for serious training and it's vital that all functions work perfectly.

It's great to welcome you @Harri85. Regarding to the active minutes and heart rate inconveniences you are experiencing, I recommend restarting your Blaze and after this please test it. Also take a look at this post where you will be able to find some instructions that might fix your heart rate reading.
