Blaze alarm stopped working

My alarm stopped working about a week ago. I have tried deleting the alarm, setting a new alarm, shutting down the Blaze and de-linking it from my phone and re-setting it back up. I can see the alarm set up properly on my Blaze, but it still does not buzz.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your alarms... 😕

 

From what you mention, it's not clear to me if it's the alarm that doesn't go off at the time you set it to or it's that the vibration doesn't work. Whenever you reach your daily goal or use the timer or stopwatch, are you able to feel it vibrate? Other than that, if the vibration is working but it's just the alarm that doesn't go off, that's a very strange situation but I'd like you to clarify that for me first.

So the alarm is set and i can see it on my Blaze. It does alert my Blaze but does not vibrate. The vibration does seem to work on notifications, but sometimes it seems late. I don't think that it is working on when I reach my daily goal. The vibration used to work fine until about a week ago.
