I just received a Blaze as a gift. I am attempting to set it up through the Windows App on my computer. I have the tracker in the charging case. The software is able to find it. The tracker gives me a code and after I enter it the set up seems to proceed as it should. I get to the part were it says to update the software. That is when I keep getting the same error message "Could not complete your fitbit Blaze Update". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the windows app several times with no luck. I have restarted the tracker several time by pressing all three buttons several time and still no luck. Please advise.

Hi @Thompson75. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems setting up your Fitbit Blaze. I've heard of some users that have a hard time setting up their trackers right at the point where the firmware update takes place. Now, I'd suggest that now you've restarted your tracker, try to complete the set up process about two or three times more and see if it goes through. It seems that for some, it doesn't go through the first time but after a couple of tries, it works well.
Also, as an alternative, you could try to set it up using a mobile device. Just make sure that it's compatible and then, download the Fitbit app and follow the setup process and see if it goes through.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
