My Fitbit apparently stopped from 6:50 AM- 8:00 AM today. It didn't get my steps or heart rate, and as a result I didn't get my 250+ hour at 7. I know it's incorrect as this is shortly after I arrive at my labor intensive job, plus it would still record my heart rate even if I sat still.

Hi @Secraven01. Great to have you in the Community Forums!

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker stopped working and this caused your stats not to be recorded as they should 😕

I'd like to know... did the tracker turn off and you had to turn it back on or it was actually on but just didn't track the information for that time frame?

I can suggest restarting your tracker just to make sure that everything will be working fine. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, use it as you would normally do and keep an eye on it to see if this gets to happen again.

If you need more help, let me know!
