Blaze & The gym

Hi everyone. I have recently just joined the gym, for now im just using a few of the machines. Just wondering what exercise mode you think I should use? Since I'm not just using one specific machine like only the treadmill I was thinking of just putting it onto workout mode? Would love to know what you think.

If it were me I would use the treadmill for that part and workout for the rest

also, if you're working out for a long enough time, the fitbit will automatically start to track how many calories you've burned, your heart rate, etc since you started working out.

@ashley21 I set mine for "Treadmill" then I use "Workout" for the various machines I use.  I think it gives a pretty good calorie accuracy based on your heart rate.
