Hi! I'm hoping someone can help because a bunch of emails with Fitbit haven't. I've done all the trouble shooting I can multiple times to no avail.
I'm in a trial of premium right now and my stats will not sync to premium challenges. They sync to my dashboard and non premium challenges just fine. This has been happening for about a week and a half now through about two dozen premium challenges. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I'm wondering if it's because the blaze is an old watch and maybe it just can't work properly with their premium program (but of course the Fitbit techs that are emailing me seem to refuse to take any blame for this - not that I blame them - and just keep telling me to do the troubleshooting things I've already done a couple times).
