Hi, I recently got a Huawei P30 Pro and installed the Fitbit app for my Blaze not knowing that it's not compatible. It kind of worked for a little while, but has suddenly stopped and doesn't want to connect or sync.

 

I only found out now that the P30 Pro is not compatible after reading about it on Google.

 

By when will this issue be resolved?

I am glad to assist you with your concern about syncing Fitbit Blaze with your Huawei P30 Pro. Your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, however it might work with the app, but some of the functions might work intermittently.
