Blaze and OnePlus3t Synch Issue and Delay

Good day! I’ve had my Blaze for a little less than a year, but have recently had synching issues.  Her are the symptoms:

  • At times, my texts won’t update on my watch OR the are delayed by a minute or so.
  • I have to manually go into the app to update my steps – and, when I do, it takes a few minutes (or longer)

When I first got my phone, it worked perfectly.  Any ideas?  I’m wondering if there is a problem with the Bluetooth on my Blaze as my flex 2 never has these problems when I use it.  I’ve tried resynching my blaze to my phone, etc.

It's great to see you around @LionRunner and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself.

 

Keep in mind that your phone needs to be compatible in order to communicate properly with the tracker. OnePlus 3T is not compatible, please keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. 

 

You can always try and follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
