Blaze and using a walker

I have fibromyalgia and sometimes have to use a walker to aid my mobility. Is there a way to compensate for this in my daily step count? Since my arms are not "swaying" as they do in regular walking, it does not seems to record as many steps as it should. Would using bicycle mode work to fix this? Or is there something else I can do? Thanks in advance, MCK67
