Blaze app on Windows 10 computer

When downloading the Fitbit app, I keep being asked how I want to open it. I don't know the answer and cannot install the app.

It's great to have you here @Jedlova! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. It sounds like the application doesn't find a program that can open your app. I would like you to make sure that you've downloaded the app from Fitbit website. 

Additionally, just make sure you've followed this procedure to run the app. If after following this, you're still getting an error, provide me with a screenshot of the error you're having.

No, unfortunately it doesn't.
When I reach the app on the Fitbit website and click "Download the app", I
keep being asked how I want to open the file, by editor, Word, or whatever.
I cannot click "none" - and I cannot download the app.

This doesn't exist on the Windows 10 Fitbit app

1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon () located near the date and time on your computer. 
2. Click Open Main Menu...

It sounds like this is instructions for a normal program. Fitbit for Windows 10 is a Store App.  There is no 'Open Main Menu...'

Where are the instructions for the WIndows 10 app?

It's great to have you here @txyogi. You will find those options directly on your computer as they will let you find your Fitbit Connect. If you have the Fitbit app for Windows 10 then you won't find this button as you don't have this program installed. 

I would like to know what exactly are you trying to perform, so I can provide you with the correct instructions.
