Please may I ask - the back button on my fitbit blaze has suddenly stopped responding, such that I cannot change screen. I have tried restarting, but the device will not restart as it does not register the back button being pressed at all. The button itself feels as if it depresses as usual, yet does not cause a response. I have tried cleaning around the button, syncing with my phone, and charging the device to no avail. Any suggestions please? Many thanks

I had the same problem hold the back button and tap the screen that let me move back to the time page
