Blaze back button stopped working

Tried cleaning and exercising the button. It works fine as when I power down it turns on fine with the back button but doesn't function when on. Searched the Internet and seems to be a reoccurring fault? Only had it for a year but was a present. Miffed!

Let me help you figure out what could be happening with your Blaze. Also, I'll be moving this thread to the Blaze board as I think it is better suited for it.

I'd recommend that you try removing dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
