Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Can you please tell me which type of exercise are you trying to log? In the meantime, remember that you can always manually log your activities.

Must have been full moon. It started working again Friday night. Thanks for the help.

Hi it’s not tracking my steps accurately. Why does this keep happening? I did the reset with the left button and bottom right. I even removed the app from my phone and added it back. What is the solution to this?
