Blaze gone haywire

Having prolonged, frustrating problems with my Blaze.

For over a week it's been failing to track various aspects of my day. At the moment, it's sleep, and active hours, but a couple of days ago it was active minutes, active days, heart rate and calorie burn.

I've restarted the phone, updated the app, logged out of the app, logged back into the app, restarted the Blaze, switched off bluetooth, restarted bluetooth, deleted the blaze, re-added it again, sync'd it more times than I count, and repeated all over again - and no luck.

I had a template response to my issues from an admin earlier in the week, but that simply changed the issue slightly - it didn't actually fix anything. I'm very fed up and don't want yet another template response - I'd like some actual help from fitbit on this issue please.

Thoroughly naffed off,

xiop

Am having almost same problem. Not active and did not wear it to sleep says have burned almost 2000 calories. Yesterday with 11,000 steps says have burned 12,000 calories. My calories are always Sky rocket I don’t understand

I feel your pain.

I'm overweight, and not very fit (though working on that, obviously), and am caning it hard on the physical activity so I expect to hit high calorie numbers. Not seeing the credit for my workouts or active hours is really demotivating.

Additionally, I have insomnia - average 4.5-5hrs per night over the course of a good week. I've been advised that if I can sort my sleep out, that will help with my goals (weight loss, improved cardiac health, improved blood pressure). I've taken steps to do that, but now can't monitor if those steps are working.

Utterly frustrated, and thinking about upgrading to Apple Watch. There's no way I'd buy another Fitbit after this.
