Blaze battery and floors issues

I have been noticing the last two weeks that my Blaze is not tracking floors during my cardio and also noticed I am having to charge my Blaze more often then before. I am having to charge every other day.

Hey @Baseballmom33_, great to see you around.

 

If your Blaze isn't registering your floors, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Now about the battery, please follow the instructions provide in this post.
