Blaze will not hold charge

Hello,

 

I have done all of the steps mentioned in previous postings (cleaning terminals, shutting off Blaze) and my blaze will still not hold the charge. In addition, only one green light in the back is on. Can anyone help?

 

I liked my Surge 1000 times better then the Blaze.
