Blaze battery cannot last a day!

I have been using Blaze for less than a year (purchased on 24 November 2016) for the company's step challenge. I have liked it very much and have all good reviews about it. But, in the last 2 days, the device's battery cannot last a day! I have tried restarting the device and have charged it overnight but it still fail to last a day. Is this the normal lifespan? Please help, am now quite dissapointed.

I charge mine while I'm in the shower each day, so I rarely go more than 12-24 hours without charging it, but I know that if I get stuck working a 24 hour shift, it's often nearly dead by the time I get home. I think the longest my battery has lasted has been 48 hours before it's in the "red". I think the battery lasts longer (i.e. the advertised 5 days) if you don't check the screen and if you only sync once a day. I use mine as a watch at work, so I'm always looking at it and I sync frequently to make sure I'm keeping up with my goals.
