My Fitbit Blaze battery is dead 2 months after the warranty is finished. Do you guys design your fitbit to last only 1 year?
The customer support and the supervisor says they could not do anything but offer me 50% discount on next device. What BS why would I buy new band each year after knowing the your devices don’t last more than the warranty. Just throwing the fitbit device in garbage and go with another non fitbit device.

I got 15 months use out of mine, offered 40 % discount on replacement.  Terrible product, even worse support.
