Blaze battery died

my fitbits battery sufdenly died and only last half an hour know i have tried all the trouble shoot problems and i really need help as it was the centre to my weight loss reigime i was told fitbit would replace it as it is under wareanty but i cant find a helpline number or anything in which to help me. if fitbit helps me i would be glad to continue buying there products otherwise i dint think i could biy fromy then again
