Hi
My blaze is not reporting heart rate and presents rapid battery drain. I have restarted it many times, reset it, unpaired it and paired it, checked heart read recording button and changed on and off... all the suggestions found in forum and I don't know what to do now. Any Suggestions?
I seems these 2 problems started together.
Thanks
Regards
Jenn

I have the same issue. It started a couple of days ago for me. Fully charged before bed and dead in the morning. Charge again in the morning and dead by evening. I played two hours of basketball and it only counted 258 calories burned due to the HR monitor not working. Iv'e only had this Blaze since February. Not very pleased with FitBit, as this was a replacement for my Charge HR that fell apart and my wife's Alta HR stopped working after two months.

Hi Adrian
Thanks for your message. Yesterday I contacted customer support and we did all sort of tests; the lady that served me did not believe me that I had this battery problem. Apparently, they can see your battery status and told me that I had a full battery... made me laugh as obviously I had only charged it at lunch time and the discussion was held at 3pm. The problem is very annoying because you cannot count on your fit bit for the evening HR recording or exercise as the battery drains quickly. To make story short, at the very end of discussion she offered me a new one because mine it is still under warrant. I suggest you to do the same, but make sure your battery drains totally a couples of times this week before you contact her... if you charge it daily before it drains that she isn't able to see it and will not help you. I had also the malfunction of the HR recording and that helped me to get a replacement. I hope it helps.
