Blaze battery drain

I took my Blaze off the charger and put it on this morning just before I went to go do my walk. It shows I already have medium battery status only after around 45 mins. It seems my Blaze is not holding a charge like it used to. I have been having to charge it like every couple of days. Please explain why this is happening and how I can fix it.

Thanks

The Battery status icon is a "guesstimate" @Schooner1729, no worries, it is telling you that your Blaze is no longer full, you still have 4 days to go before a charge is necessary, if i glance down and see a red icon I know I have about 10 hours left so slot two hours for charging.  I never charge more than two hours. Watch for a red icon, no need to rush to charge.  You'll find just 10 minutes of charge will get you a day if you are in a pinch, an hour will get you 3 days and that second hour is to top it off. Beyond two hours charging is of no service at all, best to unplug at that point.

Great question and great to meet you!
