Hi I've just bought a fitbit blaze I've downloaded the app and gone through the motions of what to do, I've charged the watch up for three hours but when it comes to sync, the app says battery to low to sync. This is the second blaze .I took the first one back thinking there was a fault , the second one is doing exactly the same. Please advice thanks

Hi there @Yeomans1960, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that the battery on your Blaze seems to be draining fast. I'd like to help you out with this.
Whenever you first set up a Fitbit tracker, the whole setup and firmware update process is very demanding on the battery, so if after doing this, you see the battery to have lowered, this could be because of that.
My recommendation would be that after you set it up, you put it to charge until the battery is full and then, start using it normally. You should see that the battery will last as it should (about 4-5 days with a full charge).
If you need more help with this. feel free to let me know!
