My screen stays on. And it wont swipe or change screens from the clock. All it does is drain the battery. It gives a false heart rate because its not even on my wrist. I have restarted it and synced it. Nothing helps. Anyone can help?

Hi there @Stopthis, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with the display on your Fitbit Blaze not turning off and being stuck on the clock face. Thanks for trying to restart your tracker. I'd like to help you out.

My suggestion would be to set up your tracker as a new device and see if this makes any difference. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

If you continue to have problems with your tracker, let me know and I'll be happy to help you out.
