Battery last 3weeks not lasting more than a day. Also have had to shutdown and restart to sync. Never had these issues before.

Not happy

Unfortunately your battery issue is a common issue with the Blaze. It has been my personal experience that Fitbit will not do anything about it.

As another customer burned by this I feel your pain. 😞 I’m very sorry to have to post this but sadly this is the truth of the matter.

If you are inside the 1 year window of the warranty you can try to get a replacement to extend your Fitbit’s service life but these will eventually have the same issue because it is a design flaw. 😞 My replacement lasted just under three months before saying battery empty and not charging at all.

Hi there @golfmom39, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums!

I'm very sorry to hear that the battery on your Fitbit Blaze seems to be draining faster than it should. Thanks for all you've tried to get it to work.

I just checked with the Support Team and it seems they're already helping you out with this. If you need anything else, I'm always around!

If it is out of warranty you have several options:

-replace the battery yourself which which requires tools and good luck finding the same spec battery. I have seen reports here that there are batteries to be found that are close and if you are ok with replacing the battery annually you can keep using the Blaze.

-buy another Fitbit. I’m going to resist sniping at Fitbit but be prepared for the battery to be an issue again. Looking at the Versa forum they have the same issues.

-buy a competing product
