Temperature Symbol on Blaze

Hi

The last two days my blaze wont hold a charge. Now when I try to charge it, not only will it not charge but the temperature symbol comes on. 

Any tips would be super helpful

My Fitbit Blaze started showing a Temperature symbol yesterday as well, not really sure why as I was in the house and it was 70 degrees inside.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker 😕 I would like to help you with this!

This symbol means that your tracker could be in an undesirable environment, which means that it could be too hot or too cold but if you think this has nothing to do with it and that the environment around you is actually okay, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, see if your tracker comes back to life and let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the suggested solution. I already tried restarting the charger,
tried recharging and I'm having the same problem.

Any thoughts?

I've had my FitBit for over a year now, and this is the first time this has happened.  The tracker is pretty much disabled when this pops up.  You can't force it to reboot as it is stuck in this state.

Bummer. Does this mean its completely fried than ...aka needs to get
tossed?

I think mine is as it has been shutting down on its own to now, I am losing a ton of steps each day because it shuts down on it owns and then loose's time too.

 hi my tracker is doing the same, cant shift the temperature symbol and had it in a cool place for ages. wont reset, but seems to charge. Pressed all combinations of buttons. have you had any joy?
