Has there been an issue with a SW update? I updated my Fitbit app yesterday and now my Blaze battery lasts less than 3 hours. It seems like too much of a coincidence and my wife is having the exact same issue. I'm hoping Fitbit is aware of this issue as I have also heard some friends who updated their Fitbit app recently and now the Blaze does not hold any battery, like it's constantly trying to sync. Hopefully you are developing a fix to this ASAP!

It's great to see you around @fedak.david. If you and your wife are experiencing issues with your Blaze battery life, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps, please test your trackers.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

Best AnswerNope, still same issue. I really believe it's related to the app update. Fitbit needs to come up with a bug fix to this. I literally updated the app on Monday night and the problem started right after
This did not work. I have no problem actually charging up to a full battery, my issue is that the battery depletes in 2 hours. This started Monday evening after the Fitbit app was updated. It appears there is some bug with your recent app update as everyone else here has just started experiencing this as well. Too much of a coincidence that everyone is now having battery issues in the last 3 days.
I just received my Blaze Tues, 10/10/17. By yesterday late afternoon, 10/11, I had an email telling me my battery was low. I charged it last night and here I am again, 10/12, having to charge it. It is brand new!! I'm getting frustrated because I've been having issues with most of the fitbits I've had and keep upgrading to hopefully not have to go through things like this. So I feel your pain!!!
