I have checked the messages and help links to enable my battery to last longer, but it is not working. The longest my charge will last is 4 hours. This is very frustrating and looking for advice on what to do. I have only had the blade for 3 months. Thank you

I have the same problem that just started yesterday. I’ve had my Blaze for almost 2 years and I’m not prepared to buy a new one. I use it daily and it’s been able to hold a charge for 4-5 days and it was fine. I’ve reset the Blaze, it charges and then after about 4 hours, it drains. Can I get any help?

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine.
For the ones that received a 25% discount, keep in mind that you can use that discount to purchase any Fitbit tracker (except the new ones). In this page, you will be able to compare our trackers, maybe there's one that might like you besides the Blaze.
Also, it is great to hear that some of you received replacements units and that you are back on track. If you need anything else, do not hesitate to post it.
The ones that are experiencing issue, I would like to know if you have contacted our support team, have they offer a solution?
See you around.

Hey! I’m definitely thinking about switching to Apple Watch as well. I’ve been through 4 Charge HRs and my Blaze has lasted 9 months. With the Apple Watch being so expensive, did you find the transition simple and worth it??

It really really SUCKS that the discount offered can not be used on the new products. Thanks a bunch FitBit.

Same exact thing happened to me. Battery no longer holds charge. Fitbit support only states you (we) are not charging it correctly or some other nonsense. Offers 25% off towards the purchase of a new device which has the same battery and we'll have the same problem in 13 months as soon as the warranty is over.
I am moving on to Garmin, they have a few NEW watches with a replaceable battery. Battery does NOT need any charging and lasts for 12 months then you can replace it. These are two tiny watch batteries.
Check it out for your-self they are Garmin Vívofit 4 and 3.
PS: Fitbit support you can keep deleting my replies but this will not help you. Since you are not helping your customers and throwing them under the bus, I will continue to spread the truth via all social media about your bad batteries and Garmin's replaceable batteries.

Cleaning contacts does not help to stop the battery from draining fast. There is nothing wrong with the contacts as they charge the battery just fine. This is a nonsense reply by Fitbit just keep us at bay.

@yasjazmar wrote:I started having the same issue 2 days ago and I also have had over the 1 year warranty. I don't think that it's right to have to purchase a whole new device. You spend over $200 on something I guess that basically only lasts a year and a half. They couldn't help me but said they could give me a 25% off of a new device and expedite the shipping. Prior to this I had the HR which the band kept breaking off. Guess this will be the end for me and FITBIT. I was really happy with my Blaze. Oh well. Can't waste anymore money on a new device that I know will only last 1 1/2 years. No thanks!!!!!

That's right, they are asking us to buy the old watch which has the same bad battery issue.

My Blaze lost power initially one day after a brief submersion after falling off a paddleboard. I wiped the contacts and enclosed it in a bag of dessicant in case it had moisture in it. A full charge then lasted only 4-5 hours. I repeated the process twice more with the same results. After a couple of weeks of overnight charging, I'm stuck with a 3 month old "sports performance watch" that can't stay awake as long as this 62 yr old man stays active in a day. Not much of a testimonial for FITBIT!

Hello there, I am having the exact same issue, I’ve had my blaze for 6 months at the most and my battery will not last I have to constantly put it on the charger, I have tried turning off my blaze, I have deleted the app, added back up and nothing, I have no idea what to do anymore.

I am having the exact issue with my Blaze. The batter power keep on draining so quickly that it is now useless. I called support and the only thing they can do is to offer a discount on a brand new one. I am NOT going to spend more money on another Fitbit. I already spent hundreds of dollars on Fitbit for the rest of my family!, and I am supposed to purchase a discounted! I am really!!

I have the same issue and the battery was lasting about 3 hours. I ended up replacing the battery because mine is out of warranty anyway but the battery life was the same with the new battery. So, that told me there was another issue. I charged it and left it on the dresser over night and the battery was still good in the morning...ah ha. Heartrate monitor is on auto mode which meant it wasn’t running during the night. I turned off the heartrate monitor and now my battery is not going dead. There is obviously an issue with my heartrate monitor. I am wondering if this is the issue with other people’s Blaze battery drains. Try this and let me know. If it is it’s a defective part and is pretty much useless to me cause the heartrate monitor is why I purchased this.
