My Fitbit Blaze battery used to last 4 to 5 days between charges. Now the battery lasts a couple of hours. I have spoken to support and they have offered me a discount on a new Fitbit. They will not replace the Blaze as it is outside the warranty period. I have also tried turning off all the features as they have suggested, this makes no difference to the battery life and also renders the Blaze useless as it is not then carrying out all the things it was designed to do.
I would like Fitbit to tell me why the battery has failed so quickly. I believe this is a firmware issue and can be resolved by sending out an update. I know from reading the forums that Fitbit are losing customers everyday and that if they ignore the issue long enough we'll just get fed up and stop complaining.
