Anyone else having this problem? I've reached out to customer service and they keep saying it's a software issue with Galaxy S8, and to be patient. It's been over a week and I have not had my tracker. It's kind of pathetic that I keep getting the "please be patient" excuse, especially when you pay good money for a useless device.

Same exact problem and did you know they are not even making the blaze anymore. But that's not the end of it. Their customer service is horrible. They have to follow policy and their only option is to pick a downgraded device and they will cover 50% of the cost. Are you kidding me!!!!

Clearly it's a device issue. They can't seem to do the right thing here, and it's pretty pathetic customer service.
