Blaze battery empty within 12 hours

My Blaze battery is draining way too fast.  I charged it overnight.  It was fully charged this morning.  By dinner time it was empty.  I chatted with customer support and they gave me a case # and said Engineering is aware of the issue.  I'm in competition with my friends and this short battery life doesn't work for me!  I either need a replacement or a refund.  Not happy with the product!

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I did all that was suggested.  I have a full charge again at 7pm.  Let's see what it looks like at 6am.
