I am having some strange issues with my battery, It now only lasts a couple of hours but when I place it in the charger is says the battery is full. I tried leaving it in the charger overnight hoping the levels were unsynced somehow. The next day it still only lasted about 3 hours. Sometimes if I push the button on the side it will come back on for an hour or so but then dies again.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze not lasting as it should 😕
With a regular usage, it should last for about 5 days and 3 hours is definitely not okay. I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
