Hi
I just did a 5k run with blaze using connected GPS, the distance is fairly accurate, but the map only shows 1 of 4 laps. When I have looked at the tcx file at the end of the first lap although the distance increases, the long and lat values stay the same. Anybody else had this issue?
It seems odd as I would assume the distance is calculated from the long and lat values, so it must have known them. Is this just a data transfer error? Any feedback would be great. I bought a 2nd hand surge to use with built in GPS for running, but it's tracking is so poor I have gone back to the blaze, but now having issues with that. Last time I used the blaze it seemed to drop the Bluetooth connection half way and so I only recorded half a run. Wish fitbit would make the GPS tracking better, I am very into the day to day and gym use of fitbit, but the outdoor running seems poor.
Cheers
Tom

It's great to welcome you @Boothy. If you are having problems with your GPS connection, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Blaze GPS is not working post. After these steps, please test your device.
Let me know how it goes.

@AlejandraFitbit You have posted this on each forum post but we are repeatedly telling you it doesn’t help and never works
will there be a software update to rectify the GPS issue?
my partner has an Apple Watch using the sameness phone (iPhone 6s) and never has issues with external factors that you suggest.
