Blaze battery issues

My first Blaze only lasted about 15 months - then the battery would not even last a day. I chatted with customer service and they sent me a replacement. The replacement is now 3 months old and the charge only lasts about 12 hrs.  They offered me 25% off a new fitbit, but I don't want to buy the Blaze again if it will last just over a year.  Is this a common problem, or have I just had bad luck?

Hi

When getting a replacement tracker, the remaining warranty period still counts from when purchased the original tracker.

Since having the original one 15 months before it got replaced + 3 months, that's 18 months or 1.5 year within the warranty period.

Normally the warranty period is one year (America), though in Europe, there's a 2 year warranty period. Currently a 2 year warranty period is displayed on the fitbit website on the UK store for the Fitbit Blaze.

If purchased the original Blaze on the fitbit.com website and you are from Europe.. there should still be a half year of warranty remaining.. it's up to fitbit to decide regarding warranty.

Feel free to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
