Blaze battery

Hi.
I've got a fit bit blaze. Liked it so much i bought my wife one. We both have exactly the same settings on both the fit bit and the app. The only difference is i have a S6edge and she has an s4 mini.
We have also tried changing wrists to see if this would help and it hasn't.

My battery lasts for at least 5 days.
We are now on the 3rd fit bit after replacing due to her battery dying after just 2 days.

Can some one please advise as i am about to finally just get a refund for hers as there is something clearly not right here.

Kind regards
Dan

Since you have to phones and two trackers, yours is fine, but all three trackers have short battery life with your wife's account and her phone.

My thought would be to experiment, the constant with your wife is the phone, so let's switch trackers. Do a final sync with both trackers, then add your tracker as a replacement to her account, and her tracker as a replacement to your account. You probably will need to move the unwanted tracker away from the phone.
If it is the tracker it will now be the one your using that dies. If it is the phone, or a setting, it will be the tracker she is using that dies.

Two things you might try:

1.  the Heart Rate Monitor should be set to "auto."  To ceck, go to the Dashboard.  Click on the cog wheel in the upper right corner of the page.  Click on the appropriate device icon and scroll down to the heart rate monitor.  If it says "on" instead of "auto" the monitor is going all the time, including when it is not being worn and the battery is being drained very rapidly.  Change it to automatic.

2.  You might try a restart.  Press and hold the left button of the tracker while simultaneously pressing and holding the lower right button on the tracker.  Hold both buttons for about 15 seconds or until the fitbit logo appears.  If there is something running in the background draining the battery, this may resolve the issue.
