Blaze battery

I have a fitbit blaze.

My case number above is from when i called it into Fitbit.

Said it has synced and battery 100%

Thats because on charge

Walked under 1000 steps battery flat

So many emails saying battery is flat

Can anyone tell me the lifespan of a blaze battery 

I can get trade in terms with another manufacturers similiar item do i go for that or can watch be salvaged/fixed.

There is no repair. You need to wait for Support to get back to you to see what your options are

The Lifespan depends on many things how you charge it Etc.

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
