@Econrad2888  if Fitbit customer support can't help you, did you check with Fingerhut? I checked and Fingerhut has a 30 day return policy. You could return or exchange it.

Why not call them and ask what the best thing to do would be in your situation. Let them know you've asked Fitbit support and there's nothing that can be done.

The usual remedy for an issue is a restart of the device. Try holding the left button and right lower button together until the logo appears. It will vibrate and the screen get brighter, then the logo appear. A restart often helps.

Did support help with any troubleshooting?

It's great to welcome you @Econrad2888, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @Odyssey13 thanks for stopping by.

Please confirm you are doing the following to restart your Blaze:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If these steps aren't the ones you did, I recommend trying them. Also, as suggested by our friend, you can contact the retailer to see their warranty policy.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
