I got my Fitbit as a gift a couple years ago. I woke up to a blank face on the dial. I pressed and held the buttons and it’s still blank. I put it on the charger and went to work and returned 9 hours later and the face is blank and I got a email notification that my Fitbit is on low power and in need of charging.

From what I've read. So many people are having the very same problem with the Fitbit Blaze.
I'm just wondering what the company is doing to stand behind their products and to stay in business?
