Blaze bottom right button not working

The bottom right button of my Blaze no longer does anything. I've tried restarting my fitbit, cleaning it gently, letting the battery run out,  checking for an update, etc. The button still depresses and makes a clicking noise. 

 

Is there a known solution to this issue?

I am still having this issue and have not received support from FitBit.
