Blaze burnt my arm when putting it on. I have photos but it won't let me upload them. Anyone else have this happen??

It's happened to me twice. I haven't worn it in a while and just charged it up to wear again... feels like it's doing the same thing so I can't sleep with it on. Will be contacting customer service.
