Is there a way to know what my RPM is during a run?

Hi,

I love my blaze watch, but there is one info that I try to get during a run, it's my RPM (rythme per minutes) so I can keep the tempo during my run. Is there a way to know where is it?

My watch know how many steps I do, so there is probably a way to know how many steps I can do in a minute.

Thanks!

Simon

Welcome to the Community Forums @Bonnallie! 🙂

On your Fitbit Blaze, I'm not sure you can keep track of your rhythm per minute... However, you can see what your current pace is and your average pace. For this, before you go for your run, go to the Exercise shortcut screen on your Blaze. From here, choose Run, then start your run and if you tap on the display, you will be able to see your pace and average pace. Also, you will be able to press the top right button when you've completed a lap for it to keep track of it as well.

Hope you find this helpful and anything else you may need, I'm here to help!
