Blaze - resetting gender

Hi all, 

 

My husbands blaze has set itself to female, changed overnight. How do we reset it back to male. 

I should add, been into the app and still states male on app but watch says female... have change it to female and sync then changed back to male but didn't work. 

 

Any ideas Suggestions would be great.

You could try making the change in the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
