Blaze calories discrepancy

After I finished an exercise and get the stats from the watch it syncs but the calorie burn is way different. Everything else seems to sync. The app and the dash are the same but the watch not so much. Watch says I burned 512 after 46 minutes of mostly running and some walking. The app says I burned 382. That's a large discrepancy. Anyone else have this issue?

A warm welcome to the Community @Lroyster82.

If you want to know how does your Blaze estimates your calories burned, I recommend taking a look at the help article How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?. Now if you are seeing that the amount of calories is inaccurate, feel free to provide me with some screenshots.

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

That article explains how it calculates your daily calories burn but I’m
more concerns about specific activities. I ran/walked 3 miles in 47 minutes
- mostly running. When I finished my activity summary said i had burned 512
calories which seems accurate based on past activities and my heart rate.
However whenever I looked in the app (and the dashboard via online) the
activity summary for that activity stated I only burned 382.

Why would their be a discrepancy between what the watch activity summary is
and the synced version of the same exercise?

I am STILL having this issue. Activity summary on Blaze reads I burned 757 cals. App says 550 and Dashboard says 570.

I am looking at another device and was considering a newer Fitbit but these issues are making me look even harder at a Garmin device instead.
