Blaze charge runs out too quickly

Hi

I bought my blaze around a year ago and have had no issues until last week when I charged it overnight and the battery lasted around 4 hours and then went dead.  I have tried different chargers but the same happens.  Please can you advise?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not holding a charge. Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article, and that you've also completed the restart procedure described here

 

I've also been informed that you already got in touch with Customer Support for further assistance with this.
