Blaze charger scratching screen

I currently just bought a Blaze and am really liking it so far. The Battery life is great compared to the charge HR i used to use. The only issue i have is that the charging station that came with my fit bit blaze is starting to scratch my screen. The back side of the top cover flap that folds down to secure the unit in the charger has little circles on it that are putting little circles marks on my screen. It looks like the circle shapes are from the plastic mold that is used but it is raised just so much that it hits the screen when you push it into the station.

I don't know if I'm the only one having this issue so i bought some screen protectors to help it not scratch screen, but the problem is now is that the plastic circles are digging into my screen protectors and I have had to replace the screen protector 2 times and they run $10 on Amazon. I was thinking about trying to take apart the charge so I can file down the little circles, or adding some padding to the back side but really think that if I'm not the only one this is happening to that it should be addressed.

Hi Fit-AJ,

as the Blaze's display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3, I doubt that the plastic frame of the charging cradle would be able to leave marks on the display glass just by applying slight pressure when being closed.

If you use a screen protector, the body of the tracker module gains thickness, and thus, especially considering the fact that those protectors are softer then the display glass itself, those circular markings in the cradle frame may very well leave "stamps" on the display protector.

Regards

Stefan
