Hello,
My wife has a few problems with her fitbit blaze. It regularly seems to not want to sync with her phone (Sony experia X). We have encountered a major issue now, however. The fitbit wouldn't sync and needed to update to firmware version 17.8.401.3. We ran the update and the fitbit wouldn't then sync. We reset the fitbit by pressing the back and bottom right buttons. The fitbit then displayed the message "clock error. Go to the fitbit mobile app and try another clock". We have tried to change the clock in the app and resync, we have tried restarting the fitbit and have also force-closed the app. But the fitbit will not sync despite all of this.
Can anyone help?

A warm welcome to the Community @Jtaylor86. If the problem is with the clock, I recommend checking your phone's time to see if it is correct. If it is, please follow the recommendations provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
