Since updating the app and attempting to change the clock face my blaze no longer has a clock face.
In the app there is also no longer any clock face options.
How do I resolve this?
I've tried the usual turning off and on and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I'm now on iOS 10.

Try selecting one of the older clock faces while on the website and then re-sync. You may have to sync several times (8-10) before it works. It is an issue they are aware of.
