While trying to pair to my Note 4 I have lost my clock. The face does not allow a back swipe, any ideas? I have rebooted both devices several times and logged off and in to the FB IT app.

The easiest way to fix this is to go into your Blaze settings - Clock Face, note change the clock and Sync. The problem happens when while updating the face communication between the Blaze and the server gets lost. It could have been a problem with the BT communication, or the someplace on the internet.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Dtalitho it's great to have you here. I'm glad to know your Blaze is working properly. @Eagle1 and @Rich_Laue thanks for sharing the troubleshoot. I have noticed that setting up your tracker as a new device also helps with this issue.

Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
