Had it for less than a month and now recently the touch screen is malfunctioning. It's registering random phantom taps and randomly scrolls. It's difficult to navigate to the settings before tapping into the apps inbetween to settings to shutdown.
I removed the screen protector so that's not the problem. I managed to shut it down and turn it back on but still the same issue.
I hope it's not hardware, not handling an all day hike.

Nevermind, talked with customer service and were very polite to send a new one. In replacement of my malfunctioning one.
